Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. Cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] with your order details.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Order cancelled before production has started (full refund)
• Defective or damaged products received (replacement or refund)
• Products not matching the agreed-upon specifications

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom formulations already in production
• Products with custom branding/labeling already applied
• Strategy calls and consultation services already delivered
• Raw materials once dispatched

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
